Calcium-dependent acyltransferase that catalyzes cross-linking of proteins at a GLUTAMINE in one chain with primary amine such as in LYSINE in another chain. In addition it can also accept monoamine substrates to catalyze post-translational modifications (e.g., protein serotonylation).
