Viral Nonstructural Proteins

Proteins encoded by a VIRAL GENOME that are not structural components of VIRUS PARTICLES. Some of these proteins may play roles within the infected cell during VIRUS REPLICATION or act in regulation of virus replication or VIRUS ASSEMBLY.
