Royal Jelly

A secretion produced by honey BEES that consists of water, protein, MONOSACCHARIDES; and FATTY ACIDS that include 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid, sebacic acid, 10-hydroxydecanoic acid, and 9-oxo-2-decanoic acid. It also contains trace amounts of MINERALS; ANTI-BACTERIAL COMPOUNDS; B VITAMINS; and VITAMIN C.
