Mastoidectomy

Surgical removal of the diseased cells from the MASTOID PROCESS. It often involves simultaneous resection and/or repair of the MIDDLE EAR and EAR DRUM in MIDDLE EAR CHOLESTEATOMAS and MASTOIDITIS.
